ABOND Structural Adhesive

( High Strength / Tough Adhesive )

A two-part adhesive of medium viscosity, suitable for most clean substrates including
metals, woods, plastics. It is, however, not suitable to bond rubbers, elastomers,
polypropylene, polyethylene, Teflon ( PTFE ).


ABOND Adhesive exhibits very high strength performance, tough bonding which resist
peeling and impact.

Heavy Duty Silicone Mould Release Agent - PAINTABLE


SRA-P Paintable Release Agent contains active silicone that provides outstanding
release and lubricating properties. It provides easy removal of molded parts that are
large, intricate designs, or otherwise difficult to release.

SRA-P Paintable Release Agent is formulated to provide multiple part release in a
wide array of applications, as following:

Injection Molding, Vacuum Forming, Compression Molding, Transfer Molding,
Pour Cast, Extrusion Molding, Die Cast.

SRA-P Paintable Release Agent is also effective as a surface lubricant for assembling
plastic and rubber

SRA-P Paintable Release Agent will not interfere the subsequent secondary process,
for example, painting, printing, or topcoating. It is compatible with paints and coating
and will not cause "Fisheye Effects”

Specialty Rust Preventive for LONG TERM STORAGE of Metal Moulds & Components
( CLEAR colour protective film )

AR 100 - Anti-Rust Spray CLEAR is a oil-type coating for items requiring long term
corrosion prevention.

It is specially formulated with a clear protective film for ease and fast mould start-up
which reduce excess waste of purging plastic ( Beware of incomplete coverage of
rust preventive film due to miss-spraying ). You may consider AR 800 Green for
ease of visibility.

AR 100 dries quickly and will provide excellent corrosion prevention in interior storage.
Protection period ranges from 6 - 12 months depending on storage conditions /
surrounding moisture level ( Not recommended for exterior storage) .

Anti-Spatter Spray used in electric and inert-gas shielded welding.

DESCRIPTION
SMARTS Welding Anti Spatter Spray offers cleaning function for welding nozzles
as well as a protection from spatters of the workpiece to be welded without affecting
the weld itself.

It forms a protective layer, which prevents spatter adherence; therefore can be easily
wiped off. The lasting protective layer forms on the parts to be welded functions in a
similar way thus making mechanical finishing unnecessary.

SMARTS Welding Anti Spatter Spray is silicone-free, paintable grade.
A secondary treatment of the workpiece, such as painting, electroplating, anodic
oxidation is possible without special cleaning.
